Amphenol Aerospace UbiSwitch Ethernet Switch Module
Amphenol Aerospace UbiSwitch Ethernet Switch Module houses 8 x 1GBASE-T ports and three 10G MAC ports. This embedded switch module must be mated with a baseboard to provide connector breakout and power supply. The UbiSwitch can be used with the BotBlox UbiConn board, which offers a plug-and-play Ethernet switch solution. This Ethernet switch module includes a Samtec EDGE RATE® rugged modular connector for interconnection to the baseboard. The UbiSwitch switch module operates within the 5V to 60V DC input voltage range and -70°C to 110°C operating temperature range.
The UbiSwitch Ethernet switch module features an onboard STM32 microcontroller for static firmware configuration and dynamic serial configuration. This switch module also features auto-negotiation on all ports with connected devices to achieve maximum speed. The UbiSwitch switch module supports 10BASE-T, 100BASE-T, 1000BASE-T, 2.5GBASE-T, 10GBASE-T, and 10GBASE-R protocols.
