Littelfuse AQ3102 Automotive-Grade TVS Diode Arrays
Littelfuse AQ3102 Automotive-Grade TVS Diode Arrays are AEC-Q101 qualified and offer low capacitance of 1pF per I/O. These devices protect electronics from electrostatic discharge (ESD) by integrating two channels of low-capacitance steering diodes and an additional Zener diode. This design safely absorbs repetitive ESD strikes above the maximum contact level specified in the IEC 61000-4-2 international standard (Level 4, ±8kV contact discharge) without performance degradation. The low off-state capacitance makes the AQ3102 ideal for protecting high-speed signal lines such as USB 2.0 or USB 3.0 and 1Gb Ethernet.
