Kingston DDR5 SDRAM Memory Modules
Kingston DDR5 Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM) Memory Modules (KSM48/KSM56) are 2G/4G/8G x 72-bit DDR5-4800/DDR5-5600 CL40/CL46 devices. These UL 94V-0-rated devices feature on-die ECC and are based on ten or twenty 2G x 8-bit FBGA components. At 1.1V, the KSM48 modules are programmed to JEDEC standard latency DDR5-4800 timing of 40-39-39, while the KSM56 devices offer DDR5-5600 timing of 46-45-45. Each 262-pin ECC SODIMM or 288-pin DIMM uses gold contact fingers. The Kingston KSM48/KSM56 DDR5 SDRAM Memory Modules feature 32 internal banks, hard/soft post package repair, and sideband access via I3C/I2C.
