Kingbright HELI-UM 0.65 x 0.35mm SMD CHIP LEDs
Kingbright HELI-UM 0.65 x 0.35mm SMD CHIP LEDs offer a wide viewing angle in an ultra-miniature 0201 footprint with low power consumption. These LEDs are compatible with automatic placement equipment and have a level 2 moisture sensitivity. The LED source color devices are made with InGaN on SiC substrate or AlGaInP on GaAs substrate Light Emitting Diodes. The HELI-UM Series LEDs are ideal for wearable applications.
