These capacitors are available in EIA case sizes ranging from 0402 to 4540 and DC voltage ratings up to 10000V. KEMET Commercial and Automotive SMD High-Voltage MLCCs cover capacitance ranges from 0.5pF to 560nF with an operating temperature of -55°C to +125°C. Ideal applications include commercial, automotive, and industrial.
