Ezurio BL54L15μ Multiprotocol Modules
Ezurio BL54L15μ Multiprotocol Modules are ultra-compact modules with improved processing power and expanded memory in a 6.3mm x 7.9mm x 1.75mm footprint. These BLUETOOTH® LE+ 802.15.4 + NFC modules are powered by Nordic Semiconductor's nRF54L15μ System-on-Chip (SoC). The BL54L15μ modules feature a 128MHz Arm® Cortex® M33 and 128MHz RISC-V co-processor, 1.5MB non-volatile memory, 256KB RAM, and a 2.402GHz to 2.480GHz frequency range. These modules offer a +8dBm maximum transmit power and -106dBm receive sensitivity (typical BLE 125kbps). The BL54L15μ modules are lead-free and RoHS-compliant. These modules are used in applications such as security, medical peripherals, building automation, and industrial sensors.
