Infineon Technologies Solid-State Relays

Infineon Technologies Solid State Relays provide powerful energy transmission over a 5.7kVrms galvanic isolation barrier. These relays integrate isolation, protection, gate driving, and the power stage into one robust component. The solid-state relays accomplish input-to-output direct drive via the Coreless Transformer technology. These relays come with ultra-fast-acting protection features to protect against overcurrent and overtemperature. The solid-state relays feature a 3V to 15V voltage range using CMOS threshold levels to support 3.3V microcontrollers. Typical applications include Industrial automation I/O cards, smart home I/O cards, online UPS/Industrial UPS, residential and commercial HVAC, and industrial and servo drives.
