TPS Low ESR Solid Electrolyte Capacitors

KYOCERA AVX TPS Low ESR Solid Electrolyte Capacitors feature a robust manganese dioxide (MnO2) electrolyte and a capacitance range of 0.15µF to 1500µF. These capacitors offer a voltage range of 2.5VDC to 50VDC and an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. They are 100% surge current tested with AEC-Q200-qualified versions available for automotive use. KYOCERA AVX TPS Low ESR Solid Electrolyte Capacitors come in a variety of case sizes. Typical applications include power supplies, electric window controls, battery management systems, and DC/DC converters.  

MnO2 Tantalum Automotive Capacitors

KYOCERA AVX MnO2 Tantalum Automotive Capacitors are capable of meeting automotive industry specifications for high-temperature capacitors up to +250°C while also meeting requirements for high reliability. KYOCERA AVX's broad range of automotive capable capacitors also meet various demands of operating temperature, process voltage, and reliability for use in different automotive applications from cabin entertainment, through airbags and ABS, to applications directly on the engine.
