The G4 and E4 suffixes were added for ROHS conversion. The
G4 and E4 parts are exactly the same as the original parts
without the G4 or E4 suffix.

For lead-frame-based devices, the RoHS-compliant solution
is backward-compatible with lead-based processes; so the
same part is shipped regardless of whether a unique part
number or a standard part number is ordered.

Lead-frame-based unique part numbers will consist of the
standard part number plus a two-character suffix (usually
E4 or G4, sometimes E3, E6, G3 or G6).

IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers

ISSI IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers come with fade in/out and PWM dimming. The regulators serve as a stand-alone LED driver-configurable from 20mA to 150mA with external resistors, no microcontroller is necessary. A logic level “courtesy light” signal from the PWM pin can be interfaced to precisely drive the LED channel. The IS32LT3175P obtains a positive polarity PWM signal. In addition, the IS32LT3175N obtains a negative polarity PWM signal. The regulator integrates a 63-step fade-in and fades out the algorithm (Gamma correction). This causes the output LED current to increasingly rise up to the full source value after the EN pin is pulsed.

TLC5925 Low-Power 16-Ch LED Sink Drivers

Texas Instruments TLC5925 low-power 16-channel constant-current LED sink drivers to contain a 16-bit shift register and data latches, leading to converted serial input data into a parallel output format. Sixteen regulated-current ports provide uniform and constant current for driving LEDs within a wide range of VF variations during the output stage. Texas Instruments TLC5925 flexibility and high performance are applied in system design for LED display applications. An adjustable output current from 3mA to 45mA through an external resistor offers flexibility in the light intensity of LEDs.
