MEAN WELL RSDW and RDDW DC/DC Converters are compliant with the EN50155 railway standard and offer either a 4:1 or 18:1 input range. These converters include the RSDW08 / RDDW08, RSDW10/RDDW10, RSDW20 / RDDW20, RSDW20UW / RDDW20UW, and RSDW40/60 / RDDW40/60 series. These DC/DC converters are ideal for bus, tram, and metro systems, wireless networks, telecom / datacom systems, and industrial control facilities.

RSDW08 & RDDW08 DC-DC Converters

MEAN WELL RSDW08 and RDDW08 DC-DC Converters offer 8W output power, up to 86% high efficiency, 1.5KV_DC I/O isolation voltage, 4:1 wide input range, and international standard pins. Protections include overload, overvoltage, input undervoltage, and continuous short circuit. These module-type converters offer an input voltage range of 9V to 36V or 18V to 75V. The output voltage range is 3.3V, 5V, 12V, and 15V for single output and ±5V, ±12V, and ±15V for dual output. MEAN WELL RSDW08 and RDDW08 DC-DC Converters are available in a DIP24 package with standard pinout. Typical applications include industrial control facilities, wireless networks, harsh environments, high vibration, and more.
