ROHM Semiconductor CSL1501RW 860nm Infrared LED is a side view type LED. The CSL1501RW LED is an ultra-compact product. This LED features 100mW power dissipation (P_D), 50mA forward current (I_F), and 5V reverse voltage (V_R). The CSL1501RW LED is ideal as a light source for eye tracking of devices equipped with VR / MR / AR functions. These devices include game consoles, headsets in the industrial field, and head-mounted displays.
